Connect your calendar
Click Connect Calendar and choose your provider. Appointly securely links to Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, or any CalDAV source. Read-only access — we never modify or delete your events.
Step Two
Configure your availability
Set your working hours, add buffer time between meetings, create different event types (30-min intro, 60-min consultation, etc.), and block off dates you need protected.
Step Three
Share your booking link
You get a personalized link like appointly.com/yourname. Share it in your email signature, LinkedIn bio, website, or Slack status — anyone who clicks sees your live availability.
Step Four
Watch meetings book themselves
When someone books, both calendars update instantly, confirmation emails go out to everyone, and reminders are scheduled automatically. Zero time on scheduling admin.
